Business Development Representative with German in Greece
Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and drive new sales opportunities by engaging with potential customers and understanding their needs. You will proactively connect with hundreds of businesses, qualifying their requirements and proposing tailored digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling and outreach to small and medium businesses.
- Conduct high-level conversations with decision-makers to understand their business challenges and present suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop action plans for targeting specific companies and prospects.
- Schedule meetings for follow-up sales teams and ensure a smooth handover.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and sales.
- Research and build new and existing accounts to enhance business relationships.
- Explain product offerings and value propositions clearly to clients of various sizes and sectors.
- Develop and implement outbound prospecting campaigns to engage prospective customers.
- Identify trends, handle objections, and troubleshoot minor issues related to product setup.
- Maintain organized records of interactions and manage pipelines effectively.
Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in German and very good English.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a professional demeanor.
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas.
- Analytical mindset with a self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills, including pipeline management and time management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Proven success in generating leads and delivering compelling sales pitches.
- Ability to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in business conversations.
- Understanding of the local market and business environment.
