Hungarian Speaker – Technical Support Agent (IOS Tier 1)

- Salary: 1045€ gross
- Monthly Performance Bonus up to: 200€ (depends on your engagement)
- Working schedule time frames: Monday-Sunday 09:00 – 19:00 (Greek time) -full time 40h/week
Our client is an omnichannel company based in Greece. The company proudly represents the leading global businesses such as Microsoft, Google, Netflix, Volkswagen, Mercedes, and Apple, providing Customer Support, Technical Support, and Content Moderation for Social Media.
Responsibility
- Providing support for all users of Apple products
- Help customers resolve simple issues via email, chat and phone in Italian
- Answer questions such as: I cannot access my iTunes; my ID is not working
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Your Profile
- Fluent/Native in written and verbal in Hungarian
- Good written and verbal skills in English
- Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet
- Familiar with and heavy-user of social media products
- Professional experience in back office or administrative task-based roles
- Experience in text editing, revision or digital content analysis (desirable, not mandatory)
- Must have valid work permit to work in Greece or European Citizenship.
