German Speaker Customer Service Agent

Our client is an omnichannel company based in Portugal. The company proudly represents the leading global businesses such as Microsoft, Google, Netflix, Volkswagen, Mercedes, and Apple, providing Customer Support, Technical Support, and Content Moderation for Social Media.
Responsibility
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
Your Profile
- Fluent/Native in written and verbal in German
- Good written and verbal skills in English
- Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet
- Familiar with and heavy-user of social media products
- Professional experience in back office or administrative task-based roles
- Experience in text editing, revision or digital content analysis (desirable, not mandatory)
- Must have valid work permit to work in Portugal or European Citizenship.
Our Offer
- Work location: Lisbon
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Employment contract – Initial 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) contract
